Yes — completely free, always. Candidates never pay to list their profile, receive interest, or connect with hiring teams. That is a founding principle of TroveHire, not a promotional offer.
How is TroveHire different from LinkedIn or job boards?
On job boards and LinkedIn, candidates apply to companies. On TroveHire, companies discover candidates. You set up your profile once — with your terms, your availability, and your preferences — and the right opportunities come to you. Your current employer never sees your profile without your consent.
Will my current employer be able to see my profile?
No. You have complete control over who sees you. You can block specific companies, limit visibility by industry or geography, and reveal your identity only when you choose. TroveHire is built around candidate privacy as a first principle.
